These terms govern your use of Aniwal. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to be bound by them. Aniwal is operated by Rua dos Bytes, Lda., registered in Portugal.
1. Who can use Aniwal
You must be at least 18 years old to register an account. Provider accounts must be operated by the legal entity offering the services.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. Notify us at hello@aniwal.pt if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Bookings
Aniwal facilitates booking requests between pet owners and providers. The contract for the actual service is between the owner and the provider; Aniwal is not a party to it. Cancellations follow each provider's stated policy.
4. Content
Providers upload profile information, photos and prices. Owners can submit reviews tied to real bookings. You retain the rights to what you upload, and you grant Aniwal a non-exclusive licence to display it on the platform.
5. Fees
Browsing and booking is free for pet owners. Providers pay a subscription fee for paid plans. Refunds for partial periods are handled case-by-case.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not submit fake reviews or impersonate other providers.
- Do not use Aniwal to advertise unrelated services or spam users.
- Do not attempt to bypass rate limits or extract data without permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aniwal is not liable for the quality of services provided by listed professionals or for indirect damages arising from use of the platform.
8. Termination
You can close your account at any time. We can suspend accounts that violate these terms after a reasonable warning, except in clear cases of abuse.
9. Changes
We may update these terms when the platform evolves. Material changes are announced at least 14 days in advance via email and a banner on the site.
